- Bookings run on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday although short breaks are available in off peak periods.
- Provisional bookings are accepted by telephone or email and held for seven days pending receipt of completed booking form and £100.00 deposit.
- A letter of confirmation will be forwarded to you after receipt of booking form and deposit.
- The balance due must be paid 4 weeks in advance of your holiday. No reminder will be sent.
- We reserve the right to amend the published tariff, however no price change will be applied after a booking has been made.
- For arrivals between the beginning of June and mid September electricity is included in the tariff. For arrivals during the rest of the year, consumption is payable, at cost, at the time of departure.
- We regret that cancellations for whatever reason may be chargeable. We therefore recommend you take out cancellation insurance through an intermediary who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
- To enable the preparation of the accommodation to a high standard please arrive after 3.30pm and depart by 10am.
- No liability can be accepted for any loss, damage or injury to occupants or their property during the period of the holiday.
- Dogs are accepted by prior arrangement at an additional charge of £15.00 per dog per week (maximum 2 per bungalow.) Please do not allow dogs on the beds or soft furnishings and do not leave them alone in the accommodation at any time. Any damage will be charged.
- Smoking is not allowed in any of the bungalows.
- We reserve the right to terminate the tenancy of the property for conduct detrimental to other guests and/or the property. In these circumstances no monies would be refunded in respect of the unexpired portion of the booking.
- Although resident on site, the proprietor cannot accept any responsibility for guests that require supervision.
