Elm and Little Beech are equipped and maintained to a high standard and have been refurbished for 2024.

Furnished, equipped and maintained to a high standard with bright, roomy and comfortable lounges.The kitchens are fully fitted with a dishwasher, fridge, full size electric cooker and microwave. Additional freezer space is provided in the shared laundry room.The private rear gardens have amazing views and are an ideal place to sit and soak up the glorious West Somerset coast and countryside. There are sunbeds picnic table, chairs, parasol and BBQ. After a busy day exploring wonderful West Somerset, the best place to be is in the pretty front garden, drink in hand, looking at the sunset over North Hill.

Little Beech is suitable for disabled guests having level wheelchair access with wheelchair friendly wet room. Additional aids are available, please contact us with your requirements.
The shared games room is equipped with a pool table, darts and table tennis and a selection of beach games as well as books for both adults and children. We also have a selection of DVDs. ( DVD player can be requested)
Maps and guide books and copies of tried and tested walks are available to borrow and there are tourist information leaflets in the games room.
