- Living Area: With an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area opening onto a private garden, perfect for dining al fresco while enjoying the sweeping landscapes and the nostalgic sight and sound of steam trains on the West Somerset Railway.
- The games room and laundry room are shared with Elm There is parking for 2 cars.
- Bedroom: The spacious bedroom has flexible bedding options; choose between a super-king or twin beds, set against the scenic backdrop of the bay.
- Bathroom: The large wet-room is equipped with modern facilities to enhance your comfort.

- Garden: Private, well-maintained outdoor space complete with garden table and chairs, parasol and BBQ.
- Additional Facilities: The games room has table tennis, pool table, books and games. We also provide beach games and equipment. The games room and laundry facilities are shared with Elm. Parking for two cars is just a few metres from the front door.

Your Arrival
- Location: Look for the brown tourist sign marking the approach to Primrose Hill via Wood Lane. The lane is privately owned and is somewhat uneven,but it is accessible. Convenient on-site parking is just a few steps from your door.
- Personal Welcome: We prefer to discuss any special requirements over the phone prior to booking and strive to greet all our guests personally upon arrival. Any requested special equipment will be arranged in your bungalow in advance.
