Terms & Conditions
Bookings run on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday although short breaks may be available in off peak periods.
Bookings can be made online, by telephone or email. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you.
A nonreturnable deposit of £100.00 per week is payable on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks in advance of your holiday. Payment is accepted by credit or debit card, cheque or BACS
A week before travel you will be asked to complete a digital registration form.
Cancellations for whatever reason will incur full payment unless we are able re-let the booking. We therefore strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance.
To enable the preparation of the accommodation to a high standard please arrive after 3.30pm and depart by 10.00am.
We reserve the right to amend the published tariff, however no price change will be applied after a booking has been made
Dogs are accepted by prior arrangement at an additional charge of £21.00 per dog per week (maximum 2 per bungalow.) Dogs are not allowed on the beds or soft furnishings and unless caged should not be left alone in the accommodation. Any damage will be charged.
Average cleaning time is factored into the tariff, any additional cleaning required will be charged.
Smoking is not allowed in any of the bungalows.
We reserve the right to terminate the tenancy of the property for conduct detrimental to other guests and/or the property. In these circumstances no monies would be refunded in respect of the unexpired portion of the booking.
No liability can be accepted for any loss, damage or injury to occupants or their property during the period of the holiday.
Check in time is from 3.30pm and please depart by 10am
Cancelling a booking for any reason (other than HMG Covid-19 restrictions) may incur full payment. We strongly advise you to take out suitable holiday insurance.

Cancellations
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for any reason will incur full payment unless we can re-let the booking. We strongly recommend taking out holiday insurance to cover potential cancellations.
- Insurance Recommendation: We recommend insurance policies that cover illness, including COVID-19 and self-isolation. Providers such as Allianz Assistance, Trailfinders, and Coverwise offer suitable options, or you may search for coverage on comparison sites like GoCompare and Comparethemarket.
Arrival and Departure
- Check-In: Please arrive after 3:30 PM to allow us time to prepare the accommodation to a high standard.
- Check-Out: Departure is required by 10:00 AM on your departure day.
Pricing and Amendments
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to amend the published tariff. However, once your booking is confirmed, no price changes will be applied to your stay.
Pets
- Dogs: Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at an additional charge of £21.00 per dog per week (maximum 2 dogs per bungalow). Please note:
- Dogs are not allowed on beds or soft furnishings.
- Dogs should not be left alone in the accommodation unless caged.
- Any damage caused by pets will be charged.
Cleaning
- Standard Cleaning: The cost of standard cleaning is included in the tariff. However, any additional cleaning required due to excessive mess will incur an extra charge.
Smoking Policy
- Non-Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all bungalows.
Conduct and Termination
- Conduct: We reserve the right to terminate your stay if your conduct is detrimental to other guests or the property. In such cases, no refund will be provided for the remaining portion of your booking.
Liability
- Disclaimer: We cannot accept liability for any loss, damage, or injury to you or your property during your stay.
Additional Information
- COVID-19 Cancellations: If government restrictions related to COVID-19 prevent your stay, our standard cancellation policy does not apply.
